Food Crayon- Coco & Yuzu

How to use :
Salmon or tuna Poké bowl, Blanc manger, Scallop carpaccio, fish and shrimp cocktail will be perfectly tangy with the Coco Yuzu Food Crayon on your plates.

Coco-Yuzu Crayon is excellent on sea food, fish, tartars and Thaï cuisine.
Scallop carpaccio, fish, cocktail shrimp will have their taste gently soured with some Coco & Yuzu Crayon shavings over your plate.

Ingredients :
Water, apple cider vinegar, natural coco flavour, salt, Agar-agar, natural yuzu flavour, gluten free tamari, locust bean gum.
Contains: Soy

How it works :
Sharpen some shavings on your plates, over your desserts or drinks as you serve.

How many shavings :
5 to 10 shavings per plates. 1 or 2 shavings per bite size serving or on a drink.

Shelf life and preservation :
Food Crayon lasts up to 12 months. Once open keep them in their tube in the fridge.
