Recipe:
Pre-heat over to 375f (180c). In a bowl mix 1 heaping teaspoon of spice with 1/2 cup of mayo, 1/4 cup of sour cream and 1/4 cup of shredded mozzarella. Mix well then transfer into the ramekin. Bake for 10 minutes and the stir, bake for another 5 minutes and stir. Turn oven to broil and top with cheese and cook for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
